Hello everyone and welcome to the 2015/2016 AA Ski and Snowboard Club.

This is going to be another exceptional year for the AA Snow Team.  Last year was incredible and I expect the upcoming season to be equally amazing.

First off, congratulations to the reigning overall NAASF champions. We are the 2015 NAASF Alpine and Snowboard champs.   Great job to all of you who participated for the club/team in 2015.

Last season was the first year that both the AA club and the US Airways club were combined into one.  I am really looking forward to another wonderful year with an incredible group of people from both clubs.  Last year we had quite a few new members join the club.  We had an enjoyable time skiing and riding with you and hope to see you again this year.  Let's see if we can continue to attract more new members this season and keep this wonderful organization prospering.

On that note, I would encourage all of you to sign up for this years club via our website. www.aaskisnowboard.com. It is quick and easy and you can pay the club dues through PayPal.  That way you won't have to stand in line at the team dinner and waste your time with admin stuff.  It also makes it much much easier for our secretary treasurer Denise Connell.

This years event schedule is great.   The warm up/learn to ski camp in December at Steamboat Springs Colorado has always been a great experience and a must do. Our first competition event of the year is in Taos New Mexico. This is the first time NAASF and our club has ever been to Taos for a race week. Our February week is in Heavenly Valley. Heavenly mountain is in both California and Nevada and a beautiful resort for skiing and snowboarding. This years World Airline Ski Championships will be held in Levi Finland. I have skied there and it is a great mountain in a beautiful country. A bit more remote than we are used to but a really neat ski area and a very fun trip. Our final stop for the year is spring skiing and riding in Sun Valley Idaho. A great mountain with spectacular views and great slopes.

This is going to be another great year for our team but wouldn't be possible without all of our amazing volunteers. I personally want thank each of you for all of your hard work and dedication.
