Web Site Update
Notice: As of 23 April 09 our web site has moved to a server at a new host and for the rest of the summer the web site will be under construction. This old pages will not be updated, but converted page by page to a new site.
When I get them reloaded, the new host's server should load the forums and photos much faster. The inelegant functionality is still the fault of the webmaster, please be patient while I learn.
For the next few months:
1. Please visit often and offer suggestions.
2. Don't bookmark the URL of any specific pages, as they will be changing. Just go to WWW.AASKISNOWBOARD.COM.
3. Be on the lookout for obvious permissions errors. The new site will have levels of permissions. If you aren't the A-Team Captain, let me know if the site allows you to edit the A-Team Captain's page or send out newsletters. Perhaps we don't want someone who just signed up to have those abilities?
4. Take this quiz:
A. I use a Facebook, MySpace or Twitter account regularly. Y/N
B. I know the difference between FTP and SFTP. Y/N
C. I have over 1000 .jpgs, can find them, and could tell how many MB they each are.
D. I have a desktop computer and a laptop computer; and use a 1/TB external hard drive to back them both up.
E. I have more than 5 email accounts and have my email program st up to check them all.
If you answered YES to any of the above and are interested in helping administer the web site, let the webmaster know via the Contact Us form on the right

IASF has put up a web site for the 2009 World Airline Ski Championship 2009. The URL is www.WASC2009.com.
A quick look found a link to a WASC Facebook page with a Norwegian Widerøe video from last year's week in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. (Keep your eyes peeled for the glamourous cameo by an AA Snowboard groupie.)
Lots of info for those who know they want to go, and those who wonder what it's all about.
Give us your secrets?
There's a new page. It's hidden in the Site Map until it's ready for prime time. Those of you that have been doing this for a while have tips and tricks for finding cheap rooms, cheap condos, cheap rental cars, and other, you know, cheap stuff. Lets share those on this page:

Historian Page updated
Perhaps you haven't found it, but mid-season a page was added to the Board Members section. The Historian. The first history lesson begins at the bottom of the page.
Need Pictures of AA Skiers
What can I tell you? Your webmaster is a boarder. I have a library of pictures taken when I was sitting in the snow. Guess who's sitting in the snow next to me? Please upload SKIER pictures to the Private Forum.
I particularly need Snowbird and Steamboat pictures for the upcoming ski weeks.
Thanks,
Your Webmaster
